Annual journal - South Midlands Archaeology - with up to date reports on the year's excavations and discoveries. An index of articles in previous volumes of SMA can be found here.

Annual conference held in each of the four counties in turn - usually held in the spring, the conference has a reputation for outstanding lectures from expert speakers on their recent work and research. There is also a smaller conference held along with our AGM, normally held in the Autumn. Ranging from prehistoric to post-medieval, recent conference themes have included:
