Barry Horne on prehistoric farming at Butser Ancient Farm
Ian Meadows on Roman agriculture and viticulture
Nick Coles on Cosmeston medieval village
Keith Baggaley on the farm buildings at Chiltern Open Air Museum


Tickets: £10 booked in advance only (includes entrance to the museum)

The museum has a small café and offers pre-booked packed lunches for £3.75 (phone 01494 871117); there are picnic tables in the grounds if you wish to bring lunch. There are local pubs serving food at Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peter
